The purpose of The 360 Evolution Academy, Inc. is a nonprofit 501c3 organization that is a holistic etiquette school for youth between the ages of 11-17 years old to provide them the skills and resources to be successful in life through personal development as they build up their self-esteem, self-confidence, self-love, and self-respect.

Fayola Delica is the Founder and Executive Director of The 360 Evolution Academy, Inc. The 360 Evolution Academy, Inc, was established back in 2014 after she had spent some time volunteering with Junior Achievement of South Florida in their in-school and after-school programs in teaching financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and life skills. Ms. Delica has a deep passion for youth. She has been working with you all her life in various capacities such as in churches, schools, and community/civic/social organizations.
She is a Minister, Entrepreneur, Award-winning International Speaker, Healthcare Professional, Author of 4 books, Educator, Beauty Queen, Poet, Community Leader, and Business/Political Consultant. She is a Nursing Supervisor at a long-term care facility as well as an Independent Contractor as a Healthcare Provider. In addition to being President and CEO of Delica Construction Services, where they are about perfecting your construction site by providing disaster mitigation services and building rental property in the Caribbean. Also, she is Founder/President/CEO of Fayola Delica, LLC, a motivational speaking and consulting company. Recently, she became the General Manager for Kingdom Broadcasting International, Inc., a 24-hour Christian TV station, Channel 18.8.
